Reinforced Slabs
We set up the Scafolding - We Have access to a large amount of scaffolding there is no project too big for us. We have a designated team that works out the quantity needed. They ensure the structure is safe and that it is a strong platform to work on. We use top class technology to level the structure.
We box beams - We have a specialised team and material that is used to build the Beams. Depending on the height of the beam we have a running meter price to determine the cost for the beams.
We do all steel fixing - Our Highly qualified steel fixing team, will be on site to find all the designated steel from our steel supplier and install it according to the engineers schedule. They work along with the engineers to make sure their standards are met.
We pour and vibrate concrete - We are there from start to finish. Our team takes the worry away from the client we take the responsibility to make sure the end results are what is expected. We have a good relationship with our concrete suppliers to insure a well planned pouring date.
Specialised Staircase
We specialize in the construction of high-quality concrete staircases tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients and contractors. Our team is experienced in both traditional timber shuttering and the use of permanent steel formwork systems. Materials Used in Concrete Stairs:
- Concrete Mix: Cement, sand, stone, and water blended to the required strength.
- Reinforcement Steel: Strengthens the stairs and prevents cracking.
- Formwork: Timber or permanent steel shutters used to shape the stairs.
- Accessories: Binding wire, spacers, and optional additives for better performance.
Vibration Process:
After pouring, concrete is mechanically vibrated to remove air pockets and ensure full compaction. This improves strength, finish, and durability of the staircase
